If you are passionate about wanting to make a difference by minimising the harm associated with problem gambling in our communities and have the skills to lead an outstanding team of counsellor/educators, we want to hear from you!
The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand is the largest problem gambling service provider in New Zealand. We have a dynamic team environment that encourages you to work within a framework integrating counselling and public health.
We are looking for a person who has both strong clinical and leadership skills. This position also requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and crossculturally. A strong background and qualifications in counselling are essential.
Experience and an understanding of community development and/or health promotion is preferred.

Location: Gisborne Area
Type: Part Time – 32 hours

We are looking for a person who has counselling experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is self-motivated, able to work autonomously and cross-culturally.
The position requires a tertiary level qualification in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, social work or clinical or health psychology.
